In 2017, VIVA successfully passed the audit for re-certification of compliance of the company's operations with ISO 9001:2015 standard in the production and sale of lighting fixtures. The auditors of the LRQA - authoritative international organization, reaffirmed the proper functioning of the system of quality management in accordance with the standard.

System Quality Management introduced in VIVA in 2006, meets the requirements of standard ISO 9001:2015 and is adapted to the processes, organizational structure, resources, as well as the nature of the activity undertaken by the company. Quality systems ensure that products delivered to the customer in accordance with its requirements. VIVALUX products and services are continually improved based on information received from the Permanent Monitoring processes and customer satisfaction.
